The Avengers Review Part 2 ( SPOILERS ALERT!)

                                                       A COMIC BOOK TRIUMPH!

Avengers Assemble!

First of all, as I've said before you guys should TOTALLY WATCH IT even if you didn't watch it's origin movies or are a big fans of DC or if you guys DON'T watch these this type of comic book and super hero movies at all. If not shame on you guys! Tsk Tsk. lol. Alright, let's start. Hmm where to even begin..

For those who didn't like movies like Inception for being too complicated and practicallly brain squashing, the Avengers will be perfectly simple for y'all. Even for those clods who are totally unfamiliar with the comics as I've mentioned before. Like the trailers, the movie is absolutely TOP-NOTCH. Makes you wonder how they pulled the special effects off. Mark of a great movie :) You may wonder how those vague endings for the movies prior to Avengers lead up to and I bring you good news! In those few short scenes, the framework for imminently the greatest Marvel movie in history had BEGUN! Josh Whedon successfully weaves them all into a masterpiece of action, thrill, adventure and even comedy, thanks to Iron Man and Hulk. YES HULK! Don't believe me? Here's the proof you wretched cynic!
Well its not exactly like this but you get the idea.

Excuse me for being honest, but I when I first heard that Josh Whedon was in the helm for Avengers, I wasn't hopeful all of a sudden. I've NEVER HEARD of him! :O I checked into his history and found out he directed ZERO number of marvel or even action movies. And he mostly directed sitcoms, one being Buffy The Vampire Slayer. -____-
He also directed Toy Story. Wow I never knew that. But still, choosing him to direct possibly the biggest superhero movie of ALL-TIME seemed like a big no-no people! But to my delightful surprise, he pulled it off. Hats off to you my good sir! His scripts usually include clever banter, gripping action sequences and an air of mystery and The Avengers is no different. Whedon has an utter love for Marvel comic books or so I've heard, and it is proudly put on display in The Avengers. Cheers Josh!

And the cast, I have to mention, did a GREAT JOB! Robert Downey Jr, as usual practically cakewalked through this movie like he did with both the Iron Man movies as he plays Tony Stark the g
enius, billionaire, playboy, and philanthropist here almost effortlessly. It was as if the role was made for him. He makes you laugh, makes you want to throw bricks at him and makes you put your hands up and cheer for him when he suits up in that shiny armor of his. He shines throughout here. Great actor this bloke. Both the Chris' played their parts to perfection here as well. Evans, being a snappy old-timer as Captain America gives his best performance to date He was good in his solo movie but does a better job here! Hemsworth is no different. Playing as the God Of Thunder, Thor he emotes well during the scenes with badass Loki (because they're loving brothers, awhh) and carries off action scenes well too. He was unlucky in some parts, getting pounded by Iron Man and Hulk, but that's what we fans want to see on the big screen righttt? Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow proves she's more than just a pretty face. More of her please! Jeremy Renner as Hawk-Eye is exactly as expected. Less screen space and less talk but had a few awesome action scenes. He impressed me in MI4 and he does the same here as well. But one person who really caught my eye was Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner. He was absolutely brilliant as I've mentioned before. He is by far the BEST Bruce Banner of all, in my opinion. Since I was a baby, well not baby but a kid lol, I've always admired the raging Hulk.(Who doesn't anyway?)  Watching the brilliant scientist evolve into the raging green beast with ultra indestructible pants, who has a penchant for wrecking absolutely everything in sight, Ruffalo does it more authentically than Edward Norton or Eric Bana. You could almost see and feel him as he struggles sharing mind and bodies with the "other guy" and his intelligence and compassion towards other humans drives the sane side of his character. Also Hiddlestone as Loki comes across as a devious, insane mastermind without being corny and cartoonish and you gotta give credit to him for that. Best villain in years in my opinion. The best thing about the cast is, they managed to bring the characters to life and their chemistry together works wonders! Kudos to them for that.

Loki. Gives a performance Heath Ledger would have been proud of

Uncanny resemblance isn't it? Bros for life...or not.

Old metalhead made this movie entertaining and funny. Cheers Robert!

Both of them have a distinct similarity in more ways
than just their first names- Being unfamiliar with the
modern world in the movie. One being a demigod
and the other being a war veteran who's been asleep for
almost 70 years. You could say they're like newborns to this world.
But what's Avengers without these two? Chris Thor Hemsworth
and Chris Evans.

Bruce Banner's alter ego -
Hulk the biggest mutha in Avengers hands down!

Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner. Worthy of a mention here.

Hawk Eye is sad because no one ever makes a big deal of him.
So here's to you Jeremy Renner!

Eye candies Scarlett and Cobie as Black Widow and Agent Maria Hill.

Not to forget the man who started the assemble of all the above
Nick Fury played by Samuel L.Jackson

So how does all these these special creatures combine and form a team, without thrashing each other? (which does happen but every new team's gotta have setbacks before they gel right?) Not to worry, Josh Whedon does a great job here. He manages to give each of the team enough screen space and time to interact with each other and have ice-breaking sessions that ultimately lead to the fluid combining of the heroes later on. Its a tough job, gathering up all the superheroes, each silly and crazy in their own way, glue them together and make it all work like oiled machine! But he did it, without overdoing the dialogues and over blowing the plot. It was just right and AMAZING at that!

All in all, the movie was MIND-BLOWING and very entertaining. The pacing of the movie was very enjoyable as there was never a dull moment at all. Meaning- you hardly get any pee time. And that speaks volumes about the greatness about this movie. Some scenes leave you stuck to your seats and look up in disbelief. Especially the scenes(My favs actually) where Iron Man, Thor and Captain America have a few rounds with each other and Tony Stark constantly being a pain in Steve Rogers' neck, to the point where he actually gets so angry and irked, he challenges Stark for a one-on-one. The Hulk and Thor fight scene leaves you open-mouthed and THAT AWESOME SCENE where Hulk ABSOLUTELY PAWNS Loki and calls him a PUNY GOD. Boy oh boy! Now that's pretty impressive! And when the Avengers assemble to fight Loki's army in the end, it was nothing short of AMAZING. Assembled, they are unstoppable! Even Hawk-Eye, I kid you not!

For those who haven't watched yet, do yourselves a favor and experience the AWESOMENESS as soon as possible instead of just reading them. For those who have watched it once, GET YOUR ASSES back in the theater and watch it again! For those who have watched it twice, third time's the charm. Need I say more? So GO WATCH IT AGAIN! :D You'll never get tired of it, trust me!

Marvel Studios and Disney are already making a shitload of money off this movie and they fully deserve it, for this movie is nothing short of the best action-superhero movie ever made in history. The Avengers..I give you an A++ rating. 10 stars outta 10 ! :D

Finally a treat for y'all. One of the many awesome moments from The Avengers.

Pure awesomeness!

Take care people! More updates soon.

Up, up and awayy.
